Letter To Our Patients
Dear Patients,
We hope this letter finds you and your family in good health. Our community has been through a lot over the last few months, and we are looking forward to resuming our normal habits and routines. While many things have changed, one thing has remained the same: our commitment to your health and safety.
As you have seen, infection control has always been a top priority for our practice. Our infection control follows the recommendations made by the American Dental Association (ADA), the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
We are pleased to inform you that we have obtained the necessary PPE (personal protective equipment) to safely take care of you and our staff. Here are some of the changes we have recently implemented for your health and safety:
SCHEDULING TIMES:
Appointment availability is limited. You may notice longer appointment times for your benefit. You will receive more care in fewer visits.
Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients.
We are taking measures to reduce the number of patients in the check out area at any one time.
Due to the extra precaution measures we are taking to protect you and our staff, please arrive 10 mins before your appointment time. As a result of these measures, anyone that arrives 10 minutes passed their appointment time , may have to reschedule.
YOUR ARRIVAL:
Please text or call our team upon arrival. Our waiting room will be closed for the foreseeable future. We are asking all patients to wait in their car (if possible) until they are notified that we are ready to see them.
Our goal is to greet you at your car where we will be taking your temperature as well as anyone with you. Then we will promptly escort you inside the building and seat you in a treatment room.
We ask that only the family member receiving treatment enter the office unless they are a minor or someone that requires a caregiver.
For your protection, we ask that you enter the building wearing a mask.
Hand sanitizer will be available in the reception area (we will ask you to use upon entering) and other places throughout the office for your benefit.
We are trying to keep our front office administrative staff as safe as possible. So please be patient with us as we navigate new communication standards in our practice.
We are asking everyone to email or text us with a request for an appointment or general questions.
You will notice a few additional steps in our appointment booking process. The team will reach out to you before any upcoming appointment with some simple digital screening forms that are required by our governing bodies. Kindly fill them out and return them to us.
After your visit, our team will call you directly to schedule any further appointments.
Should you need us at any time, you can reach us by email, text or calling our office.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we are taking to keep you safe in our practice.
Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors, and friends.
God Bless,
